Tranquility Pages ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Verse Pursuit mobile application (the "App").

  Information You Provide to Us

 - User Profile Information: When you create a profile for multiplayer functionality, we collect your chosen display name and avatar selection.

We do not collect email addresses, as the App uses locally-generated user identifiers without traditional authentication.

- Multiplayer Chat Messages: During multiplayer game sessions, we collect and transmit chat messages you send to other players for in-game communication.

 - Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases via our tip jar feature, payment information is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not by us. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed without any personal payment details.

 Information Collected Automatically

- Gameplay Data: We collect game interactions, moves, scores, and session participation data necessary for multiplayer functionality.

- User-Generated Content: We collect other content you create during gameplay, such as game preferences and multiplayer session data.

- Device Identifiers: We generate and use locally-created unique identifiers (not tied to your device's actual identifiers) to maintain your profile consistency across app sessions and enable multiplayer functionality.

- Device Information: We collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.

  How We Use Your Information

 We use the information we collect to:

- App Functionality: Enable multiplayer gameplay, including player identification, game synchronization, and in-game communication

- Provide, maintain, and improve the App

- Process in-app purchases

- Fix bugs and resolve technical issues

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

- Service Providers: We share multiplayer game data with Supabase, our backend service provider, to enable multiplayer functionality

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests

Third-Party Services

- Supabase: We use Supabase for multiplayer game data storage and real-time synchronization. Multiplayer data including display names, chat messages, game interactions, and user identifiers are transmitted to and stored on Supabase servers. - App Stores: The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which collect information according to their respective privacy policies.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using secure connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention and Deletion

- Multiplayer Data: Game session data, chat messages, and related multiplayer information may be retained for the duration of active game sessions and may be automatically deleted over time as sessions expire

- Profile Data: Your display name and avatar selection are retained to maintain profile consistency across app sessions

- Data Deletion Requests: Currently, we do not provide an automated way for users to request data deletion. However, you may contact us at the email address below to request deletion of your data, and we will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law

Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete this information promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
